About Jessica

Hi, I’m Jessica Coulson! My family and I moved to Boulder in 2005 to get my graduate degree at CU. As people do, I also fell in love with Colorado and the opportunities it presented. Instead of returning to Albuquerque, where I was born and raised, when I completed my Master’s in 2008, I stayed in Boulder and raised my family here. Colorado has become our home. With nearly 20 years in Boulder as an educator, community volunteer, and customer care professional, I am confident that my service driven, entrepreneurial spirit, and plain language approach is what is needed to meet your needs. While I am new to real estate, I’m not new to advocating for others and building relationships that last beyond the transaction. I am passionate about serving my community and working collaboratively with those I support. I would be proud to be a part of your home buying or selling adventure.
