Ian Phillips moved to Lyons, CO after living in New York City for 5 years working in Television and Film. It turns out the winding Colorado mountain climbs and meandering rivers are more his speed than subways & standstill traffic. Growing up tromping thru the Adirondack's of upstate NY made him love and crave the outdoors, mountains and rivers so he headed "West!" He has resided in Lyons for 15 years in a home he proudly brought back from the dead with his 2 hell-raising dogs along the Mighty St. Vrain River. Ian is passionate about helping his clients find homes where they can thrive and be at peace in Colorado.
