About Patrick

Patrick offers over 30 years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate fields. His vast knowledge base will help service clients in their real estate search for a new home, second resort home, or investment property in Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley. Patrick received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering at Vanderbilt University and managed construction in the Midwest for several years. Over 25 years ago, Patrick decided to move to Colorado to pursue a new career in real estate. After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Denver, Patrick worked in all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, leasing, property management, and construction on retail, industrial, and hospitality assets. Through the years, Patrick began purchasing and remodeling residential homes as primary residences and investment properties. After spending time in many of Colorado’s mountain towns, he decided that nothing compares to what Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley have to offer, and bought in and moved up eight years ago. He enjoys spending time skiing and hiking in the mountains and experiencing all of Aspen’s cultural amenities. Patrick has held his Colorado real estate license since 1995. His continued presence and vast network in the Denver market also allow him to help service clients with their real estate needs in the Denver metro market as well.
