About Patrick Caturegli

Hello Neighbors I am Your Local Realtor, John Patrick Caturegli I was born in Glendale, and I grew up attending all three schools nearby, K-12 Grade. My first job was as a service clerk at Smart & Final. I became a cashier and then a supervisor for the last two years. I have seen and experienced all of Glendale and surrounding cities like Burbank, Pasadena, etc. I have always had a keen interest in being a real estate agent since I was a kid. I have family all over California. I am a true Californian. I have been, seen and experienced different cities in Southern California, enjoyed seeing that every city is different and unique. One of my other specialties is new construction. I truly enjoy seeing homes built from the ground up. I believe it is a great opportunity for anybody who wants to buy something brand new.
