Guadalupe “Lupita” Garcia- Rugerio, was born and raised in Mexico City. She is the middle of 3 siblings. Being the daughter of an attorney/ judge, has provided her with stellar leadership skills, honest work ethic and experience that she currently uses to look out for the best interest of her team, agents and clients. Lupita is bilingual, English and Spanish. She is a Real Estate producing and managing broker. Her 18 years of Real Estate career has given her valuable skills that she uses daily in assisting her agents in Real Estate Negotiations & Educating home buyers and sellers. She encourages her team to never stop learning and loves to help them grow. She has earned the CRS, GRI designations as well as her Notary Public license. Lupita knows everything about, location, value, property types, pricing, and zoning. She loves her job and enjoys meeting new people every day, many who become her friends. Lupita is the mother of 2 beautiful daughters who are her support in running a successful office. Lupita enjoys reading, dancing, bike riding, playing volleyball, karaoke and shopping all while having flawless makeup.
