I would like to extend a warm and friendly welcome to all and to let each client know that I take pride in providing the Best Care that I possibly can both in English and in Spanish. My expertise in real estate is backed by 35+ years of combined experience in Lending, Real Estate, Short Sales, Loan Modifications and Investments. I have lived in Los Angeles and San Bernardino County and have worked the surrounding areas including the high Desert. I have had an Active California Real Estate License since June 1993, Active Member of Citrus Valley Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Every client, no matter the dollar amount of the transaction deserves quality service. My experience helps me guide my clients through a seamless transaction from start to finish. While working with a title company throughout the years has helped me specialize in the research of properties which is extremely beneficial when I’m listing a property or helping buyers find the property that is best and affordable for them. I have an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies which has been very helpful while completing and reviewing contracts for my clients.
