About Nicole

Nicole is a dedicated East Bay specialist with deep community roots and extensive neighborhood insight. Raised on ranch land in the Central Valley, she has called the East Bay home since 2001, raising her family in Walnut Creek and Concord. Before becoming licensed, she earned an A.A. in Liberal Arts and launched her own photography business. For more than 15 years, Nicole has been actively involved in local schools and community programs serving on PTAs, organizing art and theater fundraisers, and leading Girl Scout troops. This long-standing engagement gives her a unique understanding of area neighborhoods, schools, and amenities. Buyers appreciate her ability to pinpoint homes that truly match their priorities, and sellers value her meticulous, individualized approach. Outside of real estate, Nicole loves spending time outdoors with her husband, grown sons, and teenage daughters. She enjoys gardening, photography, and doting on her three beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Her happy place is a blanket on the beach with a good book or a great friend and she looks forward to helping you find your home sweet home.
