In a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple clients simultaneously, he learned to remain calm, patient, and diligent with each individual’s needs. Nicholas’ family has over 50 years combined real estate experience in the Bay Area. Exposed to the business from birth, he has soaked up crucial negotiation tactics, and learned the indispensable benefit of cultivating and preserving strong personal relationships with clients. In his free time, Nicholas enjoys bird watching in Golden Gate Park, cooking new recipes, reading, and writing poetry about his experiences living in San Francisco.
