About Kevin

A work relocation landed Kevin in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2006, where he immediately fell in love with the East Bay, and has made Contra Costa County his home ever since. As a part-time realtor and IT professional, Kevin owned and operated an independent real estate brokerage for 10 years, where he helped buyers, sellers and investors achieve their real estate goals. Kevin has returned to real estate full-time after 25 years of servicing clients' Information Technology needs for two Northern California companies Chevron and Oracle (formally PeopleSoft/JD. Edwards). Kevin has personally bought and sold many properties, including investment properties, giving him a keen insight into the buying and selling process. Kevin is an avid sports fan and likes watching and participating in a number of activities including golf, snow skiing, hiking the Bay Area hills, watching football, cooking and tasting wine. He also enjoys giving back to his community through the teaching of classes, church activities, and school backpack drives.
