Hello, my name is Anthony De Vestern. I am an upbeat, energetic, and happy to serve you local real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Quality Properties in Valencia, CA. What sets me a part compared to some other agents is my work ethic, honestly, and great time management skills. On a personal note, my father served in the United States Marine Corp. I was taught hard work, discipline, and honestly at a very young age which I owe a lot of my success too. -Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, I was self-employed right here in Southern California for 12 years as a state license contractor in the construction industry. Growing up in nearby in the Conejo Valley, I have had some celebrity clients. My company provided them high value craftsmanship and at a fair market price. Back then all of our business was word-of-mouth referrals. At this earlier age I learned value to provide an exceptional service to my customers. Going to bed a night knowing we gave our clients some of the highest quality service and seeing the how happy we made them was a great feeling. In my mind, we were just helping people. -After selling my business for profit, I accepted a job with a Fortune 500 company as an advisor which included working in their business planning and financial management group. Finally, after the 8 - 12 hour workdays, I went to night school (on-campus, not online) to earn a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. At present day, I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the Southland Regional Association of Realtors. -To conclude, if you are interested in buying a property please call or email me.
