Graduate of U of Iowa with degree in Industrial Psychology. Did research for Pac Bell in San Francisco and developed efficiency program for Bay area.Married Steve Kappel, (currently Retired Lt. Col) stationed at Travis AFB and taught Kindergarten at Eugene Padan and Fairmont Elementary in Vacaville.Obtained Real eastate license in 1972 and together with her husband, Steve Kappel, founded Kappel & Kappel Real Estate Co. Kappel & Kappel became the leading Real Estate company by Market Share in N. Solano county.In 2013 they merged with Gateway Real estate and Coldwell Banker to become Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway with 7 offices and over 200 agents. Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway has the largest market share in the area and has been consistently voted the "Best" Real Estate company by the general public for several consecutive years.The overall goal of the Company is to have the best trained agents with the highest standards and ethics and who's main purpose and area of concentration is doing the "Right" thing on behalf of their clients.
