About Stacey

Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway Realty is proud to be associated with Stacey Sandoe. Stacey was born on Long Island, New York and as an "Air Force Brat" has lived in Alabama, Nevada, Virginia, Germany, and Alaska before settling in Fairfield, California in 1985. Stacey graduated from Fairfield High School in 1988 and lived in Solano County for 29 years. In 2014, Stacey made the move to Napa to live with her long-time boyfriend on his family's vineyard located in the Carneros District of Napa County. Stacey is a single mother with two daughters, both living in Vacaville, one married and one engaged. Prior to pursuing her career in real estate, Stacey worked as a Retail Manager with well-known retailers such as Macy's, Victoria's Secret, and Jones New York. After 15 years in retail management, Stacey shifted gears and became a Residential Real Estate Appraiser covering the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento Valley. When the real estate market declined, she found that the switch to real estate sales was her rightful place and has never looked back. Voted one of the Top 3 Realtors in Solano County by the Daily Republic Reader's Choice for 2025, Stacey goes above and beyond what is expected of her and constantly strives to exceed her clients' expectations. Stacey's passion for her work is why she pays close attention to every detail and assures her clients the time and service they deserve. She has extensive knowledge of the real estate market in not only Solano County, but the surrounding counties as well, to best serve her clients.
