DENISE THOMAS' BIOGRAPHY-I am a native-born California Girl! Born and raised in the Bay Area. Worked 20 years in Retail/Lucky stores prior to R.E. profession. The financial challenges of becoming a single Mom was the turning point in my life and the beginning of my journey into the R.E. profession as a mortgage broker/banker/lender, 1992-2014. Raised my children in Winters and have lived in Bay Area, Sonoma, Fairfield & Mexico during my adult years. I currently reside in Vacaville have been a Real Estate professional since 1992. My continuous growth in the R.E. profession has actualized my purpose in life; to help/serve/benefit others, to be mentally challenged, perpetual learning to adapt in an evolving, ever-changing housing market. The accumulative skills attained in the mortgage lending & finance, the affiliation of diverse professionals, the fulfillment of higher education and the mixture of personal & shared experiences have continued to give me insight and unlimited resources. My collective skills are committed to help give my clients the edge, an advantage in their Real Estate investment endeavors. Recently traveled to Yellowstone and have visited/toured 40+ states of US.
