About Melissa

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Melissa graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Marketing/Communications. While in college she was honored to be selected by her peers as the Most Outstanding Collegiate Member in Alpha Phi Sorority. Upon graduation she traveled extensively around the world and worked in the Banking and Hospitality industries, before settling at a boutique firm in downtown San Jose specializing in integrated Financial, Estate and Tax Planning Services. She received her Brokers license in 2000 and went on to become the Company's Managing Broker and V.P of Real Estate Mortgage Services. She and her team of Advisors worked with thousands of clients and business owners helping them achieve their personal and financial goals. During her tenure she was featured in local media as one of the Top 20 Women in Business. Having grown up skiing in the Seirra's and with a love of adventure in 2011 Melissa knew it was time to pivot and focus on a more balanced lifestyle. A workaholic by nature, she decided to take a year off and moved to Donner Lake. After finally getting off the proverbial hamster wheel, finally sleeping for what seemed like months and skiing 120 days that year Melissa decided it was time to get back to reality and joined forces with Coldwell Banker. She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and wisdom to her business and has a sincere desire to help her clients achieve their goals. Focusing on building and maintaining highly satisfied relationships, she understands the emotions and expectations involved in buying, selling and investing in real estate.
