In 1996, John's journey brought him to Truckee, where visiting his college friend Jeremy Schneir sparked a serendipitous opportunity. Joining Jeremy's company, Second Home Care, Inc., John swiftly immersed himself in the Tahoe area's real estate realm, honing his expertise in home maintenance, new construction, developments, and regional growth. Committed to understanding his clients' aspirations, John ensures they are well informed about the nuances of owning a second home and the prevailing market trends.
