About Jason

As a third-generation Realtor from Vermont, Jason has spent his life learning about property and real estate. Through his 28 years in Tahoe, Jason has worked many jobs that have strengthened his perspective on real estate and the area: carpenter, painter, landscaper, and even helicopter-ski guide. Presently, Jason works as a Pro Squaw Valley Ski Patroller in addition to being a Realtor. Jason has a vast knowledge of the different facets of construction and the trades, and how they relate to real estate sales. Having lived throughout the area, Jason also has a solid understanding of the different communities in the Truckee/Tahoe region. Jason’s calm and relaxed demeanor has served him well in negotiating, advising and closing real estate deals. Jason enjoys traveling, skiing anywhere he can, camping with his family, mountain biking throughout Tahoe, and watching his son Declan ski race.
