A Rare Mountain Retreat with History, Water, and Endless Potential Perched above a stunning lake view, this property offers exactly what hunters, outdoor enthusiasts, and homesteaders dream of. Multiple promising building sites take advantage of sweeping mountain and lake views, while several natural springs and a secluded pond tucked into the forest add to the land's rustic charm. The property carries genuine frontier history as a former gold mine, with several original mine sites still visible for those curious to explore. Established water storage tanks are already in place at multiple locations, and while a portion of the land was affected by last August's fire, substantial standing timber remains throughout, along with open sightlines from numerous vantage points. A rustic existing structure offers a ready basecamp for camping while you plan and build your dream home. Some cannabis-related infrastructure remains from prior use. Please note the access road will need some maintenance work. A unique opportunity for the right buyer looking to build a legacy property surrounded by nature, history, and unmatched views.
