Pines to Palms Realtor I originally received my real estate license in 1977. After that I took a 28 year sabatical and owned and operated a ski and sport store on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. My wife, Roxanne, and I sold the store in 2004 and I then returned to real estate. I am in the Cobblestone office of Coldwell-Banker Tahoe City during the summer months. During the winter months I am at the Palm Desert office of Coldwell-Banker. It is really the best of both worlds. My intention is to help people from both areas, discover this wonderful lifestye.I have been successful in both areas, closing transactions for Doctors, Golf Professionals, Developers, Entrepreneurs, Famous Entertainers and even Fire Chiefs..
