Block 5: +/- 12 acres Chandler Walnut variety on Paradox rootstock, planted in 2013. Block 6 & 7: +/- 43.5 acres Tulare Walnut variety on Paradox rootstock, planted in 2011. Block 8: +/- 11.2 acres Tulare Walnut variety on Vlach rootstock, planted in 2013. Block 9: +/- 54 acres Chandler Walnut variety on Vlach rootstock, planted in 2013. All trees are planted at a spacing of 25′ X 20'. Water Property is located in Lower Tule River Irrigation District (LTRID) and part of Lower Tule River Irrigation District GSA.
