With over 20 years of customer service and business management skills, Denice is a seasoned professional with excellent negotiation and communication skills. She prides herself in understanding the unique preferences of each person she meets and gives her clients the individual attention they want. She recently made what she says is, “the best move ever” when she joined Coldwell Banker Realty in Sebastopol. Denice encourages and gives confidence to those who may otherwise be intimidated by the idea of applying for their first home loan approval. She is an easy and fun person to work with and loves being able to help a family find the right home that fits all their needs, while also helping them make informed decisions so that they get the most out of their investment. Born and raised in Marin, Denice has called Sonoma County home for nearly 3 decades. She spent her first few years exploring every part of the county with her young daughter, and loves all it has to offer. A Sebastopol resident for 25 years, she and her husband Brian, who recently returned from serving 13 years in Afghanistan, currently reside in Santa Rosa. Denice received the “The Spirit of Christmas” award from the Sebastopol Chamber of Commerce in 2017. Her Christmas Light Balls can be seen on Main St. and the Square during the Holiday Season.
