Professional Philosophy Loren and Michael have both been local Realtors for over 20 years. We understand real estate in this Valley and know what it takes to help clients buy and sell homes. Loren and Michael decided to become a team in 2015 based on the idea that our combined efforts give clients two Realtors for the price of one. But the true value proposition is more profound than simply "two for one". Both Loren and Michael come from diverse business backgrounds and each of us bring our own particular skills to the table for our clients...ensuring our clients experience the best in marketing, negotiating, closing and communication skills. Loren managed a General Dental Practice in Los Gatos for 16 years. In her role as the office manager, she honed her negotiating skills by mediating with Insurance Companies and patients. She also handled public relations and managed and trained the dental office staff. Loren is not only a strong negotiator and communicator, but she also has an incredible sense of style and taste and helps our clients meticulously prepare their home for sale to ensure getting top dollar. Michael is an attorney who practiced law for a number of years. His knowledge of contracts, his ability to negotiate on behalf of his clients, and the skills he learned as a litigation attorney help our clients understand the home sale process, negotiate the best price, and most importantly, have smooth closings. Loren and Michael also have a very good reputation in the industry. We've worked successfully with most of the local agents and they know us to be professional, thorough and that we close our transactions.
