Ilan began working in residential and commercial construction at the age of 16. His father, who was a contractor, taught him the trade. After graduating from university in Israel with a Mechanical Engineering degree, Ilan continued working in the field of construction in New Jersey while pursuing his second degree in Computer Software, from Montclair State University. In addition, Ilan spent his past 20 years investing in real estate, flipping homes, and becoming a specialist in creative real estate.
