About Susan

I was born and raised in Santa Rosa where I went to school at Santa Rosa High, Santa Rosa Junior College, and Sonoma State University. In 1998, I retired from State Farm Insurance Company after 40 years of service. My loyalty, work ethic and art of negotiation with State Farm prepared me for the world of Real Estate. Being the individual I am, I knew there was something else for me to do that would help people after retirement. So, in October 1998, I joined Coldwell Banker Realty to assist with putting a smile on my client's face while assisting them with all their Real Estate needs. I quickly adapted to the Real Estate culture and sold my first property within 3 months of signing with Coldwell Banker Realty. Not to mention, my client was extremely happy because he received the highest amount for his property which set a sell’s record in the complex (at the time). I am very dedicated to providing the finest service available to all of my clients and will go above and beyond to help them achieve their real estate goals. I also enjoy volunteering my time assisting the homeless whether it is helping prepare and serve food or handing out essential items. I have three grown children, one of which is stationed in Alaska in the US Army. My children have blessed me with 7 beautiful grandchildren, which I don't get to see as often as I like. I am an avid lover of dogs and currently the mom to Shorkie twins, King and Princess. I love to travel and have visited many different cities, states, and countries. However, there is no place like home in Sonoma County! I look forward to assisting you with your Real Estate needs while using all of the unmatched resources Coldwell Banker Realty has to offer.
