About Melissa

As a fifth-generation Sonoma County resident, I bring deep local roots and a diverse background within both the real estate industry and our community. I became licensed with the California Department of Real Estate at just 22 years old and began my real estate career shortly thereafter. Over the past 23+ years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in every phase of a real estate transaction, including escrow, mortgage lending, and file management. This well-rounded foundation allows me to guide my clients confidently through the process while proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges before they arise. My business is built almost entirely on referrals, which I believe speaks volumes. Trust and genuine connection are at the heart of every successful transaction, and I firmly believe that if you don’t truly like and trust the person you’re working with, they’re not the right agent for you. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling, gardening, cooking, and spending time with my husband and our two boys, Hudson and Bennett. In addition to my primary residence, I have owned and operated rental properties in Santa Rosa for more than 20 years, giving me firsthand experience as a long-term investor. While my days are often busy, there is nothing more rewarding than handing keys to a first-time homebuyer or helping a client close escrow on their retirement dream—it’s what makes this work truly meaningful.
