About Melissa

As a 5th generation Sonoma County resident, my background is diverse within the industry and local community. I became licensed with the CA department of real estate at the age of 22 years old and began my career of selling real estate shortly after. During my 20+ years in the industry, I have had the pleasure of learning all aspects of the transaction - escrow, mortgage lending and file management. This solid foundation allows me to assist my clients in navigating through, and or to avoid, the many challenges that can arise during transaction. My business is primarily referral only and I firmly believe that if you do not genuinely like and trust who you are working with, they aren't the agent for you. In my free time, I enjoy travel and spending time with my young family. In addition to my primary residence, I own and have operated two rental properties in Santa Rosa for the past 16+ years. While my days are busy, the reward of passing along keys to first time homebuyers or closing escrow on a dream of retirement, makes it all worth it.
