About Maridel

Maridel Perlas, agent with Coldwell Banker Realty, was born and raised in the Philippines. While in her native country, Maridel became a highly skilled banker. She underwent an extensive training from management trainee to executive officer and gained experience handling financial transactions of both individuals and corporations. After relocating to the United States in 1984, Maridel continued to be successful in the financial industry and received her first introduction to real estate in 1986. Stayed home in 1988 to raise her children and went back to school to take Real Estate in 1995. Got her license in February 1996 and work full time. Now with over 28 years' experience in the real estate industry, Maridel has created a successful business by working hard and focusing on client relationships. Thank banking industry taught her the importance of hard work, follow-through and communication- ideals that she continues to utilize today. It is her belief that trust and communication are the keys to creating solid relationships and demonstrates these in every client interaction. Since entering real estate, Maridel has won numerous awards, including Top Producer, Realtor of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Leadership (2012 2014) and Cesar Chavez, Lifetime Achievement Award for community Service. She was a Board of Directors for California Association of Realtors, Catholic Charities of Diocese of Santa Rosa as well as California Human Development. The Festival Director for St. Rose Church in Santa Rosa since 1999. She has received the Lillian Too Certified Feng Shui Master Practitioner in 2018.
