Jason Baumgarten grew up in sunny Palm Desert California surrounded by the world of real estate where his mother was and still is a successful broker. He then moved to Napa in 1995 where he immersed himself in the wine world producing quality wines for many different labels. After eight years living in the cellars, he emerged to the forefront of the restaurant industry combining skills tableside while perfecting the art of elevated service. Shortly after, Jason discovered the natural beauty of Sonoma County and all the opportunities it had to offer.
