Business Philosophy Marin has been such a perfect place for us to make a life. We are constantly enjoying the open space trails, the gorgeous lakes and beaches, and every charming town offering unique shops and outstanding restaurants. It is wonderful to have San Francisco so close, the wine country just minutes to the north and Carmel, Mendocino and Tahoe all within a three hour drive. It is just hard to top this area with so much protected open space and water shed land, and it's unique landscape and architecture. When it comes to my career I feel a positive attitude, a sense of responsibility to my clients needs, and staying tightly networked within my real estate community has been my recipe for not only my clients success, but for my own pride and enjoyment of my career over the last 31 years. I always approach a negotiation with confidence, a sense of urgency and the intent to reach my clients' goals to their highest satisfaction. I love working both buyers and sellers and the different talents and resources it takes to be highly effective in both situations. I believe that a good attitude goes along way in making each transaction a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
