About Carol

Carol Scott has been a licensed Realtor since 1991, representing both buyers and sellers in the Marin County market. Before launching her real estate career, Carol worked as a legal secretary and assistant for numerous attorneys, giving her a strong foundation in real estate law and contracts. She has earned her stripes in the industry, receiving the President's Gold Award of Distinction and the Chairman's Circle of Excellence Award for over 10 years at Bradley Real Estate before joining Engel Völkers in 2019. In 2025, Carol brought her expertise to Coldwell Banker Realty, continuing her commitment to exceptional client service. Carol is highly knowledgeable about real estate law, market trends, and the Marin County community. She loves introducing clients to the unique character of different neighborhoods. “Photos can tell you a lot about a house,” she says, “but not about the neighborhood.” Active in her profession and her community, Carol serves on the Ethics and Grievance Committee for the Marin Association of Realtors and is an ambassador for the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce. She is also a founding member of the Harbor/San Rafael Rotary Club. In recognition of her dedication, Carol was named Realtor of the Year by the Marin Association of Realtors in 2011.
