Biography Susie was born, raised and educated in Cambrian Park, a suburb of San Jose. Her local upbringing provides an insider’s knowledge of what it means to live here and all the area has to offer. A strong influencing factor in Susie’s character came from growing up in the restaurant business. From a young age, she watched and learned from her parents the importance of honesty, integrity and a strong work ethic. At 15 she began working in the family restaurant with all of these values in place. The restaurant was a great beginning and became a platform for developing meaningful relationships. Customers became more than friends, they were like family. This came to be due to the dedication, care and passion she put into her work and her clients. Susie always made sure the needs of her clients were met through great food and superior customer service skills. Susie attended college at University of California Santa Cruz, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. After University, Susie’s sense of adventure and desire to explore led her on a backpacking journey through Europe. She traveled for over a year, spending a better portion of her time in Ireland. Upon returning to San Jose, Susie started working in the family business again and after many years of hard work and dedication she became partners with her parents. Susie also returned to studying so she could pursue another of her passions, real estate. Susie’s interest in joining a strong, community minded firm led her to Coldwell Banker. It is here that Susie’s passion about real estate, her work ethic, superior negotiating and communication skills and integrity come to life. These skills are what makes Susie a perfect guide when you want to buy or sell property. Susie shares her successes with her loving husband, two boys and one very large black Labrador. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, dining, personal fitness and travel.
