Hi! My name is Anthony Bermea and I work with buyers, sellers and Real Estate investors in the Bay Area. I am passionate about everything real estate and what it has to offer. I have specialized knowledge of the local market that a life-long resident could have. I grew up in San Jose, attended schools in the charming Willow Glen area and spent 40 plus years in that community. I love everything this city as a whole has to offer. On the weekends, you can find me riding my mountain bike up to Mt Umunhum, or spending time with my wife, children, and my dog Charlie. After retiring from UPS in 2021, I realized my passion for working with people in combination with my love for real estate is the best career path for me. I've been buying, fixing and selling homes since 1999. I have a knack for looking at homes and knowing whether it is a good investment. Being honest about the condition of a home or the opportunity for improvement is what I pride myself in. This will be one of the biggest purchases my clients can make and it's important to know as much as possible.
