Introduction I received my licence and became a full time Realtor in 1993. I bring to my clients years of experience in buying and selling San Francisco real estate. There are intricacies and sometimes complex challenges in selling real estate in San Francisco, and I meet them head on. In addition to representing sellers and buyers with Single Family Homes and Condominiums, I began working on TIC sales well before they became popular - and many of my clients have formed TIC partnerships and successfully completed condo conversions. My sellers have benefited from my knowledge in maximizing their opportunities for their multi-unit buildings. Staying abreast of ever-changing City ordinances, Rent Control issues, and the latest in Landlord/Tenant law allows me to help navigate my clients through successful purchases, sales and closings.
