Realtor who has helped over 1.500 families buy and sell Real Estate on the Central Coast since 2004. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish. I've helped first time buyers, move up sellers, investors and flippers. I studied at Allan Hancock College and subsequently went to study at California State University Northridge where I obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance. My degree has allowed me to help my clients with a better understanding of Real Estate Finance including Mortgages, Cap Rates, Rates of Returns and True Cost of Ownership. I have helped all types of clients from First Time Home Buyers, to Sellers, to Investors. My two joys in this profession are helping First Time Home Buyers and First Time Investors.
