I'm a 6th generation Californian and I have lived in San Francisco for 32 years. I began my real estate career as a new home agent in 1998 and began working at The Towers (formerly One Embarcadero South and now 88 King) in August 2000 where I was consistently the top sales agent of the team that was working for the developer from 2000 to 2003. In April 2003, I pivoted to a successful resale career with Pacific Union Real Estate which continued when I moved to Coldwell Banker in 2016. While most of my business has been at 88 King over the past 22 years, I know the history of the South Beach, SOMA, Rincon Hill and FIDI neighborhoods because I have lived and worked here for those 22 years - The Towers for 3 years, followed Bridgeview, One Rincon Hill and currently 199 New Montgomery. I have recently partnered with Lesley Mattos, and we will be the exclusive face of your property, personally hosting each private showing and all open houses. We will prepare your property before each showing, making sure all the lights are on, and the blinds are open to highlight the features of your home. We believe communication is key and will, at a minimum, provide you with a weekly summary of activity on the property and always be available to answer questions as they arise.
