Personal Background I have been a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker’s Pacific Heights Office for more than 15 years. Coldwell Banker has given me unrivaled support in terms of marketing, technology and a highly skilled professional and friendly staff. This support allows me to provide excellent service in the achievement of my clients goals. I am native of Cleveland, Ohio and moved here in 1991 after graduating from Michigan Law School and fell in love with San Francisco and the bay area. My contract negotiation skills were honed in the practice of civil litigation, which was my career prior to joining Coldwell Banker. I obtained my broker’s license in 2000. San Francisco is an ever changing dynamic city. I have seen a lot of changes the real estate market, both up markets and down markets and apply that experience in my counsel to my clients. There are always issues that come up in every transaction. I work diligently to address them promptly. At the end of the day, I’m not happy unless my clients are happy. I have been an avid cyclist since my undergraduate days at Duke University. San Francisco is the perfect city to embrace a cycling lifestyle. On Tuesdays I tour properties by bicycle, and on most Wednesday mornings I’m at the Golden Gate bridge at 6:30 a.m. starting a Marin headlands ride prior to the morning office meeting.
