Profile: Lily L. Chan I have been in the Real Estate Industry for close to 20 years. I signed on with Coldwell Banker in 2003 and stayed because of their continuing educational programs that the instilled in each of the Realtors. They have the most updated Rules and Regulations in the Real Estate Industry Statewide & Local City & County, as well. We have a team system that works for all of us...If don't have the answer, we will get you the information, as soon as we can. I have a compassion to help others. My wish is to be my clients is to gain their trust and to be their Trusted Advisor in their Real Estate needs. I instill this in everything I do in life, as well. I am a proud Rotarian...it's all about "service above self". I was our Club's first female President. My Rotary Club of San Francisco Chinatown was voted the "the Best Club" of 2020, considering that we all went through the Pandemic. I am also a proud member of the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD) and also a Past President of the North West Chapter of AIFD. Our mission is to Advance the art of Professional Floral Design through education, service and leadership, and to recognize the achievement of excellence in this art form. Currently, the Co-President of the Organization of Floral Art Designers (OFAD. As of today, I am also a card carrying member of SAG/AFTRA , Lily also casts many talents for film, commercials, and print work through Nancy Hayes Casting. Today, Lily is a hard working REALTOR with Coldwell Banker. As a trusted advisor, Lily enjoys working with and negotiating for her clients in their real estate investment endeavors. Fun-loving, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and filled with wisdom Lily is a pleasure to be around.
