About Kevin

Born and raised in San Francisco, California, Kevin DeMartini is a proud member of the ColdWell Banker Realty Team. A graduate of the University of San Francisco, Sacred Heart Cathedral High School, and St. Vincent de Paul grammar school, Kevin has spent most of his life in San Francisco and is honored and humbled to serve as an advisor to those looking to buy or sell real estate in the city he calls home. Kevin concentrates solely on the San Francisco market. He has a unique and powerful insight into the San Francisco Real Estate market and everything the city has to offer. From entertainment, dining, schools, to different areas of the city, Kevin knows. Having growing up in the marina / cow hollow neighborhood, and spending much of his time between there and North Beach, he has invaluable city knowledge that only comes from being a true San Francisco Native. Kevin is a bold agent, known for his negotiating skills, his tremendous knowledge of the city, and his unmatched devotion to his clients. He has a natural propensity for customer service, feeling a sense of urgency to deliver whatever it is the client is looking for. Customer service is in his DNA, having worked for years in the hospitality industry before being heavily recruited to join Coldwell Banker. His primary goal is to earn the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them the best advice possible. Prior to Real Estate, Kevin worked in hospitality for well over twenty years where he bartended and managed various restaurants and bars throughout San Francisco and Las Vegas.
