About Trisha

Trisha has maintained a lifelong love of real estate. Just out of college at the age of 23 she purchased her first home in San Diego. It was a complex transaction with three owners, which she eventually bought out. Finding a way to get the deal done is something she takes pride in. Today she owns multiple local properties including rentals in North San Diego County. Having lived in San Diego County for over 40 years, while raising two boys with her husband, she has gained a vast amount of knowledge of our local various communities. Her goal is always to know as much as possible about what is currently happening locally in Real Estate. By attending multiple open houses each week, holding open houses, and meeting with buyers and sellers, she has a great sense of today’s market and sense of what buyers are looking for in a new home.She has also learned what is needed to get top dollars for your most valuable asset in a competitive market. With 35+ years experience in marketing and sales, working with architects, engineers and builders she has an understanding in quality design and workmanship. She has served as an active member of Commercial Real Estate for Women before obtaining her Real Estate license. A passion for education, she also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Diego State University and passed national exams to become a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council and a Professional Associate by the Design Build Industry Association.
