About Teresa

Terry’s passion for Real Estate started in the early 80’s while working for a Home Builder in San Diego. She obtained her Real Estate License and her knowledge of the home sale transaction, escrow, mortgage, and the building process expanded greatly. Her knowledge of real estate expanded into Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing in the late 80’s. From the early 90’s to 2019 she was partner in a Southern California multi-store retailer. During this time, she managed the acquisition, development of the land and construction of their flagship store. She also negotiated the purchase, financing, remodeling, and day to day management of multiple commercial buildings and residential rental properties. In 2020, Terry decided to pursue her love affair with Residential Real Estate Sales on a Full-time basis. and is honored to be a part of the Coldwell Banker West Team! My goal is to help as many clients achieve the “American Dream” of home ownership making the process of buying and selling your home as educated, easy and stress free as possible. The Real Estate business is constantly evolving, Terry is committed to being a lifelong learner to provide 5 star service to her clients.
