About Kim

Kim moved to San Diego several years ago, and currently resides in North County. She has two beautiful children, and her husband is a Director at one of the top San Diego School Districts. She spent the first eight years of her Real Estate career working in Residential Property Management. After having multiple clients and friends often asking about purchasing or selling Real Estate, she felt it was a great time to expand her Real Estate experience, and become a Realtor'Global Luxury Specialist. She is proud to be a part of the Fogelman Group-which has grossed $50 million in sales in 2021. Alongside Coldwell Banker West, one of the top Real Estate Firms in San Diego, her team utilizes brand power and customer service to help her clients achieve their dreams!
