About Derrick

Derrick, a native San Diegan, has over 15 years of experience in real estate sales. He prides himself in his ability and willingness to provide personal, yet professional, "hands-on" service to his clients throughout every step of the sales process. He is experienced in selling various types of properties whether they be land, 2-4 unit properties, condos, or single-family homes. He has sold properties as far south as National City and Chula Vista, and as far east as La Mesa. Though he loves working and living in Downtown, his sales within the city of San Diego include properties in Mission Hills, Hillcrest, Bankers Hill, Golden Hill, Mission Valley, Del Cerro, and Pacific Beach. Derrick has an MBA, with a concentration in services marketing, from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a BA in Business Administration from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. His motto is, "Communication is key to any good relationship". And from his business background, he knows that keeping a client is much easier than having to continuously go after new clients.
