During my secondary education, I developed a strong interest in finance, the game of business, and enjoyed learning about the dynamics of the global economy both at a Macro and micro level. It became evident to me how significant real estate ownership is for building wealth and bringing stability to our lives, our family's life, and our communities. Whether as an owner or renter, we are all dependent on, and affected by, the real estate we interact with in our daily lives. I saw that individuals who took the initiative to own property tended to accumulate wealth for themselves and their family. It has become my calling to help anyone I can better understand the accessibility and importance of having ownership in the real estate we interact with, wether that's a place to call "Home" or for the benefit of others in the community. For me, guiding and counseling others in the real estate field is ingrained in my purpose. I am determined to demonstrate to individuals from any background how owning property in their community can bring about life-changing benefits, not just for themselves but also for their families and community. People often ask, "Is Householder really a part of your name?" Yes, Householder is actually my middle name! I believe I was put on this earth with the purpose of helping people through real estate and the things that come with being an owner of real estate. From an early age my parents instilled the value of hard work, honesty, and integrity. The "Temple Motto" has two rules: 1. Do the right thing. 2. Apply rule one to all aspects of your life.
