Hi, I’m Nathalie Godoy Perez. I am a Realtor, with COLDWELL BANKER GAY DALES, INC., REALTORS®, serving Monterey County, San Benito County, Santa Cruz County and Santa Clara County. I specialize in residential buying and selling of properties; and with 10+ years of digital marketing experience, I have a real passion when it comes to marketing the properties I get the honor of working with. 🏡 I am a First-Generation Latina 🇲🇽 and native of Salinas, CA, where I attended 😇 Notre Dame High School and then went on to attain a Bachelor's Degree from Santa Clara University. 🐎 My values of trust and transparency were handed down from my parents, who at one point were both real estate agents; my work ethic is definitely inspired by both of them. My mother, Leidi Godoy, has been in Real Estate for more than 20 years and has been my mentor in this industry. I truly see my Real Estate career as a calling and I enjoy helping families in the community where I was raised. My expertise in buying and selling properties with my family, renovating homes, and digital marketing experience allows me the ability to advise my clients on all aspects of a real estate transaction.
