I have purchased 5 houses in the last 6 years for either personal or investment purposes and I can honestly say my experience with Ron was top notch. I've worked with several agents some who I thought were good, but none compare to the level of service I received from Ron. I admit being a very needy client who needs continual updating and probably a lot more service than others. Relocating from the Bay Area, it was not always easy for me to drop what I was doing and drive 2 hours to see a single house. Ron previewed numerous houses, tracked down zoning for lots close to prospective houses, specific school information, and referred top notch professionals to help close the transaction. I never felt Ron was just trying to close a deal like most realtors make you feel. He was willing to submit creative and sometimes confrontational offers or counter offers with confidence. Even though Ron was not making full commission on the house we ended up purchasing he still kicked in to take care of last minute repair items. Ron was even willing and able to take care of a repair issue we had after the house closed Ron made us feel like First Class clients with the housewarming gift of a few days worth of food and a cooler full of cold drinks and perishables.
