About Richard

Profile: Richard has exceptional knowledge of the Sacramento Valley and an intuitive ability to put Buyers and Sellers together. Richard was raised on the Family farm near Davis, a 850 acre ranch that has been a family operation from generation to generation for over the past 110 years. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis and began his real estate career over twenty one years ago. With initial concentration on commercial properties from industrial and retail to multifamily investments, Richard soon expanded his inventory to include farms, ranches, vineyards, orchards, raw land for development to final mapped and finished lot subdivisions. Throughout his career, his main focus has always been customer service through honesty and integrity with an emphasis on protecting clients interests. He has received awards for his production and sales ability, yet his greatest satisfaction comes from the constant flow of repeat and referral business received from past clients, which has been the benchmark of his success. Extensive counseling with clients to problem solving on the challenges that arise, along with the broad market knowledge to complete successful transactions, has resulted in the respect of satisfied clients such as Shriners Hospitals for Children and the First Northern Bank of Dixon. Richard is extremely proud of his successful career and association with Coldwell Banker.
