Real Estate is my fulltime passion; it brings me so much joy to work with my clients to achieve their dreams in the entire Greater Sacramento area for several decades now. I have a plethora of experience to help you navigate through any escrow to a successful close. I am easy to get along with, sincere, honest and a caring and professional. I am detail oriented and keep you informed and educated throughout the buying or selling process and market conditions. I do my best to never turn any of my clients over to another agent. I'm with you from the starting gate until the finish line of a closed escrow. I treat everyone with the same care, no matter what price range they are looking to sell or buy. I operate on the principle that everyone needs a great realtor to represent them and I would love for it to be me. I believe that class knows no price range. I learned this when I started back in 1975 when a person called and wanted me to list their house in a very questionable area of town. My broker at the time was concerned for my safety, and did not want me to go. The lady sounded so sweet. I chose to go anyway. I am glad I did because she was an adorable older woman with a pristine home. We sold her home with relative ease, and I made a new friend. Trust, respect, and loyalty are the three most important ingredients I consider a must have between the agent and client/customer. You will find that I will always put your concerns and wishes first. Your greatest aspirations are my top priority. I have sold just about any kind of home there is, from little mobile homes, first time buyer homes, move up homes, downsizing homes, duplexes, 4plexes, new construction, rundown houses, apartment complexes and land. I also have experience negotiating short sales in the 90's and 2006-11 for successful closes for my clients. I am well versed in the 1031 process. I have been helping sellers declutter and STAGE their properties since the late 70's. I am specialize at helping a seller obtain maximum dollar for their home.
