John H. Parker is a REALTOR® representing buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Sacramento and El Dorado Hills. He is an Associate at Coldwell Banker Realty – Sierra Oaks Office and has been licensed since 1985. Over the course of his career, John’s experience has extended well beyond traditional real estate sales. Raised in a land development family, he began working at a young age for his father, the developer of Greenhaven, gaining early exposure to large-scale residential development. His background also includes hands-on work as a carpenter, contractor, building custom homes, real estate agent and serving as the exclusive agent for a custom home builder. These experiences have given John a practical understanding of land, construction, and value that informs every transaction he handles today. A lifelong Greenhaven/Pocket resident, he continues to specialize in that area while representing clients throughout Sacramento and in Serrano, El Dorado Hills. Clients value his depth of knowledge, straightforward guidance, and ability to see issues that others often miss.
