About Dorothy

Dorothy has been a licensed real estate professional since 1987, bringing decades of experience to every transaction. Her passion for real estate began in 1980 when she bought her first home during a tough market, inspiring her to find creative solutions for her clients. A CSUS graduate (1985), Dorothy quickly excelled in real estate, passing her state exam on the first try. She learned the business before the digital age, mastering handwritten contracts and prioritizing personal connections, which she still values today. This foundation, combined with modern tools, allows her to confidently guide clients through any real estate deal. Dorothy boasts a closing rate of over 98% once in contract, reflecting her dedication and expertise. Dorothy and her husband raised their two children on a 20-acre ranch in Lincoln, gaining firsthand experience with easements, water rights, and land development. She balanced her real estate career with active involvement in her children's lives and schools. Recently, she moved back to Lincoln. In 2019, Dorothy joined Coldwell Banker, where she appreciates the exceptional resources and support that enable her to provide top-tier service.
