About Cathy

Real estate has been a part of my life since I was born to a homebuilder dad who built many of the homes in our San Rafael, California neighborhood, which stand much in their same form decades later. A relocation led to Sacramento, California, where after a massive search, my family landed a home. Fresh out of college, I became a homeowner for the first time with a cosmetic fixer 1970s model condo, with down payment help from my parents. Today, I have a “love house” in the Del Paso Manor neighborhood in the Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento with my husband, Andy. Other than helping real estate clients, my hobbies include reading, gardening and home improvement, travel and RVing, volunteering for humanitarian causes, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying a good pizza and movie night. I’m interested in people in all chapters of their lives, whether they are looking for a place to make their own, moving up for growing needs, or downsizing for easy maintenance. If these “boxes” don’t fit your situation, it doesn’t matter! I’d love to help. I bring my home buying and selling experience, professional experience as an analyst for the California Department of Social Services and in the private sector, and a lifetime of community service to the table as your Realtor. To me, real estate is a form of community service in helping buyers and sellers with their shared goal - starting a new, successful chapter. I'm not just interested in property - I'm interested in what makes a property a special home for its next owner, or that special home for you.
