About Blythe

Blythe's philosophy on how she approaches life and relationships is based off of two simple and meaningful principals. Integrity and kindness. Whether working with buyers, sellers or investors, she draws upon her unique real estate background to achieve the absolute best outcome for her clients. She has 15 years of real estate experience which not only includes residential real estate, but also commercial brokerage, community homeowner association management, and regulatory compliance consulting for agricultural properties. Blythe has roots up and down the state of California. She grew up in the Central Valley, which is the agricultural backbone of the state and attended college in Orange County earning a degree in International Studies and Business Management from the University of California, Irvine. She can literally go the distance and enjoys working with clients throughout the state of California. Despite her plethora of experience throughout California, Sacramento is the city that has her heart! She loves exploring the amazing eateries around the city and is always looking for new fun outdoor adventures. She is also very active within her spiritual community and giving back is truly what makes her heart happy. People really enjoy working with Blythe. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, hard working, and detail oriented, but she is also very fun loving and cares deeply for her clients.
