Eric Smith is new to Coldwell Banker Sun Ridge, but has been around the industry for decades! Eric was born and raised in the Bay Area, and for the last ten plus years has lived in the greater Sacramento area, gaining tons of valuable knowledge during his time here. He graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a BS in Marketing, giving him an advantage and valuable insight on one of the most important aspects of the Real Estate industry which enables him to go the extra mile for his clients. Although Eric is just beginning his career, he has joined an army of experienced and knowledgeable professionals who are there to help ensure that his clients are being provided with the highest quality of service.
